Jubilant FoodWorks which operates Domino’s Pizza and Dunkin Donuts in India, has done a joint venture with Golden Harvest QSR, part of the diversified Golden Harvest group with interests across food, dairy, logistics and commodities, to launch Domino’s Pizza in Bangladesh.
JFL will be the majority shareholder with 51 per cent of the total shareholding, while Golden Harvest QSR will hold the balance 49 per cent.
JFL already has exclusive rights to develop and operate Domino’s in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal, the company said in a statement. It presently operates a network of 1128 Domino’s Pizza restaurants, besides 43 Dunkin’ Donuts stores in India.
