Training programmes on large cardamom plantation are underway at Kera Ati village in Lower Dibang Valley district, Arunachal Pradesh.
The programmes are being organised by the Change Foundation (CF) in collaboration with the horticulture departments.
The trainers for the large cardamom plantation have been drawn from the KVK and the Spice Board here. The trainees will also be taken on a field trip to a large cardamom field during the training period, informed CF chairman CF Hapi Mene. The programme was inaugurated at the multipurpose hall in Kera Ati by public leader of Hunli-Desali block, Longe Miso, in the presence of ASMs and other panchayat members of the block.
The programme is sponsored by the government of India under the BADP 2017-’18 for the people of Hunli-Desali circle.
