Amul eyes 15 % growth this FY inspite of COVID-19

R.S. Sodhi, Managing Director (GCMMF), AMUL Brand said, “The household consumption of milk and other dairy products is expected to rise and will compensate any temporary loss of sales caused by closure of hotels, restaurants and cafeterias (HoReCa segment) during the ongoing lockdown period”.

Amul is targeting 15 per cent growth in turnover this fiscal year inspite of COVID-19 lockdown from over Rs. 38,000 crore in FY’20. AMUL plans to increase its growth rate with already slowdown-ridden economy caused by the nationwide lockdown to control coronavirus outbreak.
