FSSAI Guidelines to Restart Businesses during COVID Lockdown: A PPT Presentation

As the nation suffers the scars of superbug, it will take quite some time to heal. FSSAI is trying to bring the food industry back on tracks with its relentless efforts.

To start the life afresh, FSSAI has laid down general, scientific and commercial guidelines. Adhering to these guidelines will help and boost us to tackle the spread of the virus and restart certain food business in a smoother and easier manner.

FSSAI’s guidelines will escort us through understanding Coronavirus, its symptoms, its spread and how to tackle it. Along with some responsibilities of Food Business Operators (FBO) that they take and share, some preventive measures should also be taken by FBOs of different food categories. The guideline will guide us to how to maintain physical distancing, personal hygiene, cleaning & sanitation plus other precautionary steps as suggested by government.
