Dabur India expands into the health food and beverage market

On the e-commerce platform, the FMCG firm has teamed with Flipkart to introduce an Ayurvedic health drink.

Vita is Dabur India’s first entrance into the health food and drink market, as part of the company’s Ayurveda-backed health product range.

The FMCG major announced a partnership with Flipkart for the e-commerce launch of Dabur Vita, a children’s product manufactured with a combination of over 30 herbs. It comes in a chocolate flavour and may be mixed with milk or water. It comes in seven stock-keeping units (SKUs), starting at Rs.10 for a 15gm pouch.

“On e-commerce, we’re seeing a huge growth in search volumes for immunity-boosting milk drinks, and with Dabur Vita, we’ll be able to meet this current demand of customers.” Dabur India is pleased to announce the debut of this product in conjunction with Flipkart, an e-commerce platform. “Dabur Vita expands our total portfolio in the health sector, providing a varied choice of options for our valued clients,” said Smerth Khanna, Business Head – E-commerce, Dabur India.
