iD Fresh Food reported a sharp surge in earnings for FY25, driven by strong consumer demand and improved operational efficiencies across its core product portfolio.
Revenue from operations rose 22% to ₹681.38 crore, compared to ₹557.85 crore in the previous fiscal, according to the Bengaluru-based company’s consolidated financial results.
Net profit jumped to ₹50.75 crore from ₹4.43 crore a year earlier. The bottom line included a one-time deferred tax credit of ₹24.89 crore. Excluding the exceptional gain, net profit came in at approximately ₹26 crore, marking a fivefold increase. Profit before tax rose to ₹26.73 crore from ₹4.56 crore in FY24.
The company said strengthened plant utilization, steadier demand cycles, and tighter control on logistics and distribution costs supported margin expansion, even as total expenses increased to ₹661.49 crore from ₹558.29 crore in the previous year. Higher throughput in core markets helped mitigate inflationary pressures on raw materials and manpower.
Operating cash flow improved to ₹33.36 crore from ₹11.32 crore a year earlier, aided by cost discipline and margin gains. Cash and bank balances stood at ₹99.22 crore as of March 2025, compared with ₹90.14 crore at the end of FY24.
The company also expanded its presence in the Gulf region during the year, further strengthening its international footprint in the fresh, preservative-free foods category.
