Akshayakalpa Organic Introduces High Protein Milk, Expands Functional Dairy Line; Targets ₹550 Crore Revenue Mark

Akshayakalpa Organic, India’s leading certified organic dairy brand, has announced the launch of its High Protein Milk, marking another step in expanding its growing portfolio of functional dairy and nutrition-rich products. This launch follows the success of its high-protein paneer and peanut & ragi-based snacks, reinforcing the brand’s mission to make clean, functional nutrition accessible to Indian consumers.

Protein deficiency remains a major nutritional concern in India, with reports from the Indian Market Research Bureau (IMRB) indicating that nearly 73% of Indian diets lack adequate protein intake. Akshayakalpa Organic aims to bridge this gap through its latest innovation—a clean, convenient, and natural source of protein designed for modern, health-conscious consumers.

Developed using ultrafiltration technology and made from fresh organic cow milk, the new variant delivers 25 grams of protein per 250 ml serving. It features a lactose-free formulation and is entirely free from antibiotics, preservatives, and added hormones, making it gentle on the gut and easy to digest. Versatile in use, it can be consumed directly from the pack or incorporated into smoothies, cereals, and beverages.

Commenting on the launch, Shashi Kumar, Founder and CEO of Akshayakalpa Organic, said:

“Protein is one of the most critical nutrients for long-term health, yet most Indian diets do not provide enough of it. With our High Protein Milk, we are strengthening our commitment to clean, functional nutrition. Our goal is to make high-quality protein accessible to every household—not as a supplement, but as part of everyday food. This product embodies our belief that nutrition, sustainability, and purity can coexist in every drop of milk we deliver.”

Building on its expanding functional dairy range, Akshayakalpa Organic’s portfolio now includes lactose-free milk, probiotic curd, yoghurts, fortified high-protein paneer, and nutrient-dense snacks—each developed with a focus on purity, safety, and science-backed nutrition.

The company, one of India’s fastest-growing clean food enterprises, is on track to surpass ₹550 crore in annual revenue by the end of FY 2025, driven by a 40% year-on-year growth rate and rising consumer demand for organic and functional products. Akshayakalpa currently works with over 2,700 certified organic farmers across Karnataka, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu, directly serving more than 3 lakh customers in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad through home delivery, quick commerce, and retail channels.

Rooted in sustainable farming and farmer empowerment, Akshayakalpa’s growth reflects its unique approach of combining organic agricultural practices with cutting-edge nutrition and food technology—creating a balanced ecosystem that benefits both consumers and producers.

The new High Protein Milk will be available from November 3, 2025, across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, and can be ordered via the Akshayakalpa App and Swiggy throughout November. Starting December 2025, it will also be available on BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, First Club, and select retail outlets in key markets.

With this launch, Akshayakalpa Organic reaffirms its mission to transform India’s dairy landscape—bringing together organic purity, scientific innovation, and quality nutrition to redefine what healthy dairy can be.
