Allana Group has elevated Manish Bandlish to the position of Group Managing Director as the food and agri-business company prepares for a major phase of expansion in India and international markets.
Bandlish moves into the Group MD role after serving as Managing Director and CEO of Allana Consumer Products. He joined the company in December 2025 after previously heading Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable.
In his expanded role, Bandlish will oversee Allana Group’s operations across India, Malaysia, Vietnam, the UAE, Egypt and Ethiopia. His responsibilities will cover the group’s protein, poultry, consumer foods and international businesses.
The appointment comes as Allana targets an increase in turnover from around ₹24,000 crore to ₹40,000 crore over the next three years.
The growth strategy includes investments in core businesses, additional manufacturing capacity, expansion into new food categories and deeper penetration of international markets. The company also plans to establish two greenfield food-processing plants.
Strengthening the protein business will be a major focus, supported by investments in processing capacity, technology and infrastructure. Allana is also expanding its poultry operations through Indian Poultry Alliance, an integrated venture backed by an initial investment commitment of around $120 million, or approximately ₹1,000 crore.
The group’s wider portfolio includes frozen and chilled foods, fruit pulps, coffee, vegetables, grains, animal nutrition, pet food, bakery products and ice cream.
Bandlish brings more than 25 years of experience across food, FMCG and retail. Before Allana, he served as Managing Director of Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable and previously held senior positions at JK Foods, METRO Cash & Carry, Subhiksha and Marico.
His elevation comes as Allana looks to strengthen its consumer businesses, manufacturing capabilities and international presence while building greater scale across its food portfolio.
