Ayekart Launches ‘Aantriva’: AI-Powered Integrated Platform Aiming to Reshape India’s Agri-Food Value Chain

Ayekart, one of India’s fastest-growing integrated agri-food networks, has unveiled Aantriva, an advanced AI-driven unified platform designed to overhaul the country’s highly fragmented agri-food ecosystem. Positioned as the first solution of its kind in the sector, Aantriva seeks to bring transparency, intelligence, and deeper integration across the entire value chain—from farm-level sourcing to nationwide retail distribution. The company has set an ambitious goal of facilitating a throughput of ₹30,000 crore within the next three years, while empowering more than 3 lakh farmers, over 530 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and upwards of 30,000 retailers.

India’s agriculture, FMCG, and food-processing sectors have grown rapidly, yet the ecosystem continues to grapple with persistent inefficiencies: scattered supply chains, inconsistent quality, weak credit visibility, and limited access to real-time data. Aantriva aims to counter these systemic challenges by offering a single platform that unifies procurement, processing, logistics, payments, and financial services, all strengthened by AI-enabled insights and automation.

For farmers and FPOs, the platform provides a suite of tools including GIS-based weather and crop intelligence, improved market linkages, verified buyers, quick and transparent payment mechanisms, and more accurate price discovery. By creating a digital transaction footprint, Aantriva also enhances farmers’ access to formal credit channels, which Ayekart estimates could lead to income gains of up to 10%.

Processors and manufacturers stand to benefit from predictive procurement and demand forecasting, real-time inventory optimization, and streamlined access to working capital. The system also supports efficient route planning and carbon-friendly logistics, enabling more predictable sourcing and reduced wastage.

Consumer-facing companies—including FMCG and food brands—gain access to granular consumption patterns, demographic analytics, city-level demand projections, and tools for targeted marketing campaigns. This enables brands to optimize product launches, reduce stockouts, manage inventories more strategically, and tailor their expansion strategies to regional market needs.

Financial institutions are another key stakeholder group. Aantriva offers verified transaction trails, smart-contract features, and detailed merchant-level visibility. These elements allow banks and lenders to conduct more precise risk assessments and design customized credit products, including priority-sector lending (PSL) options, insurance solutions, and supply-chain finance offerings.

Debarshi Dutta, Co-founder and CEO of Ayekart, emphasized that Aantriva is the culmination of four-and-a-half years of deep on-ground engagement with farmers, supply-chain actors, and rural retailers. He highlighted that the platform provides AI-powered guidance on weather trends, pricing signals, regulatory shifts, and crop patterns, while also supporting voice-based ordering over WhatsApp to make digital participation seamless for rural and semi-urban users.

With its comprehensive, data-first approach, Aantriva is expected to strengthen supply-chain linkages, reduce inefficiencies, minimize losses, and ultimately build a more resilient, climate-aware, and future-ready agri-food ecosystem for India.
