Bikano has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Jewar, Greater Noida, with an investment of over ₹300 crore. The company announced in a press release on Thursday that it designed this facility to significantly boost production capacity, streamline supply chain efficiencies, and cater to the growing demand in northern and eastern India.
The new plant is part of Bikano’s strategy to expand its presence and improve service delivery, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. With the enhanced capacity, the brand aims to achieve a turnover exceeding ₹300 crore in FY 2024-25, while also reducing transportation costs and improving logistical efficiencies.
Manish Aggarwal, Director of Bikanervala Foods, expressed confidence in the plant’s role in the company’s growth, stating, “This facility will be crucial in meeting the rising demand for our products and ensuring more efficient service to our customers.”
The manufacturing plant was inaugurated virtually by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the World Food India 2024 event held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
This investment marks a significant milestone in Bikano’s journey, as it strengthens its position in the competitive snacks and packaged food market while catering to a larger consumer base across the country.
