House of Bindu, the flagship beverage brand under SG Corporates, is gearing up to go national with a bold expansion plan aimed at disrupting India’s ethnic beverage market. With a strategic focus on North, East, and West India, the brand is targeting states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, and the Delhi-NCR region as part of its high-impact rollout.
Backed by an aggressive go-to-market strategy and a vision to reach over 5 lakh retail touchpoints, the company is implementing a comprehensive expansion model that combines multi-channel distribution, strong trade marketing investments, and a regional palate-first positioning. This move builds on Bindu’s stronghold in South India and aims to transform its local success into a pan-India narrative.
With an audacious revenue target of Rs 1000 crore over the next three years, SG Corporates plans to capitalise on India’s growing appetite for ethnic-flavoured carbonated beverages and juices. The brand seeks to harness consumer nostalgia and the rising demand for homegrown, flavour-rich options—key trends shaping the country’s evolving beverage consumption landscape.
To support this momentum, the company has deployed a dedicated sales force of over 400 professionals focused on onboarding distributors, scaling general and modern trade, and driving last-mile connectivity through super stockists and channel partners. In a move to ensure faster market responsiveness and freshness in product delivery, new manufacturing partnerships have been established in North and East India, supplementing its existing production hubs in Puttur, Sangareddy, and Visakhapatnam.
Commenting on the expansion, Sathya Shankar, Managing Director of SG Corporates, said, “The Indian ethnic beverage market is at an inflection point. With a valuation of USD 2.02 billion (Rs 700 crore) in 2023 and a projected CAGR of 7.7% through 2030, there’s immense whitespace for brands offering authentic, nostalgic beverages. Bindu Fizz Jeera Masala isn’t just a drink—it’s a sentiment rooted in India’s culinary identity. Our national rollout is designed to tap into this emotional connection across the country.”
With its expansion plans in full swing, Bindu is well-positioned to become a national force in the ethnic beverage space—delivering taste, tradition, and trust in every bottle.
