Britannia Treat shake hands with Grofers in a strategic partnership

Britannia Treat with its crème wafers has collaborated with Grofers for a strategic partnership and will soon introduce a Rs.10 pack with the aim to bring easy affordability to the consumers.

The crème wafers are light and perfect, quick on-the-go snack for children that promises a ‘center-filled’ taste with a wonderful experience.

Speaking at the launch of the product, Vipin Kataria, Head-Adjacency Businesses, Britannia Industries, said, “Pre-Covid, children would often use their pocket money to buy their favourite snacks, however, the pandemic put a stop to that. In fact, the decisions for any sort of purchase is now in the hands of the parents. Through the launch of this new SKU of crème wafers we want to drop it into the shopping basket of mothers, be it offline or online. We are glad to have partnered with Grofers, one of the leading e-commerce platforms in the country.”

To publicize the launch, Britannia released an ad wherein the kid asks his mom to buy him a pack of crème wafers. The kid’s persuasion wins as the product being pocket-friendly is delivered to his doorstep. The snack is available across all retail outlets in India.
