The Red Velvet Cake Blizzard Treat boasts red velvet cake pieces, complemented by cream cheese icing and Dairy Queen’s signature soft serve, promising a “luxurious and velvety smooth experience” for those celebrating the season of love.For couples looking to share a sweet moment, the Cupid Cake is a heart-shaped delight. It features a base layer of DQ’s vanilla soft serve, a center filled with red velvet cake pieces and cream cheese icing, all topped with a layer of the irresistible Red Velvet Cake Blizzard. The cake is perfectly sized for two, providing a delightful treat to enjoy with a significant other.
In addition to these Valentine’s Day offerings, Dairy Queen has a surprise for couples planning their big day. Some branches now offer a Blizzard Dessert Bar as part of their catering services for weddings. This unique feature allows couples to have Dairy Queen’s iconic Blizzard treats served at their wedding.The basic package includes Dairy Queen staff bringing the Blizzard machine, four to five pre-selected toppings, spoons, napkins, and cups of varying sizes to accommodate guests. A Dairy Queen representative shared that the chain is thrilled to provide the iconic treat to newlyweds and their loved ones on their special day.
Though prices may vary, some clients have reported paying a $150 delivery fee, a staffing fee, and individual Blizzards priced between $4.50 and $6.50, depending on the cup sizes. Dairy Queen emphasizes its commitment to making special occasions even sweeter, whether through pre-arranged orders, delivery, or the new Blizzard Dessert Bar for weddings.
