GNT will spotlight its innovative Exberry plant-based colours at ProSweets Cologne, scheduled from February 2–5, 2025. Crafted from non-GMO fruits, vegetables, and plants, Exberry colours provide a natural and vibrant way to enhance confectionery and snack products.

Designed to support clean ingredient declarations, these colours align with the growing consumer demand for transparency and naturalness. They are available in diverse formats and can be customized for a full spectrum of vibrant shades tailored to various applications.

At the event, visitors can experience the versatility of Exberry colours through an array of colourful potato chips in six trendy flavours and rainbow-inspired hues. Additional displays will feature vibrant confectionery samples, demonstrating the colours’ extensive application possibilities.

GNT will also emphasize its sustainability-driven mission by introducing a unique drink concept, showcasing how Exberry colours contribute to reducing carbon footprints. This initiative complements their recent achievement of an EcoVadis gold medal and their provision of carbon footprint data for every product in the Exberry portfolio.

Experts from GNT will be on hand throughout ProSweets 2025 to discuss technical requirements, application needs, and sustainability solutions tailored to manufacturers’ projects.

Petra Thiele, sales director EMEA at GNT, stated, “Manufacturers worldwide are now focusing on naturalness and sustainability. Our plant-based Exberry colours are the perfect solution, delivering spectacular shades for all types of confectionery and snacks without compromising on ingredient quality.”

This event offers an excellent opportunity to explore the future of plant-based colour innovation and its role in sustainable food production.
