Following the success of IICE 2023 at Kolkata’s Biswa Banga Prangan, the highly anticipated 12th edition of the Indian Ice-Cream Expo (IICE) is set to take center stage. Current per capita consumption of ice cream in India has surpassed 1.8 litres.
