JSK MACHINERY is one of the three companies in the Sadhi Group – a private group that started in Ahmedabad in 1990. The other two companies are “Shree Sadhi Engineers ‘’ and “KC Machineries ‘’ situated in Ahmedabad.
Harshad Patel & Umang Patel started this company under the guidelines of Chandubhai Patel. Among the three of them, the most senior person is Chandubhai having very good experience in the ice cream industry. Chandubhai started his career at Vadilal Ice Cream as a maintenance manager.
After leaving Vadilal he started his own company Shree Sadhi Engineering and started making homogenizer machines, fruit feeder machines, and spares of all imported ice cream machines. Having very good experience in spares and maintenance of ice cream machines he encouraged Harsad Patel & Umang Patel to start a new company and manufacture new technology machinery that will give the best result compared to imported machinery.
Harshad Patel, an ex-employee of Vadilal ice cream (Maintenance manager) has an experience of 10 years in ice cream industries and very good knowledge of all the imported ice cream machines. During his experience in Vadilal industries he has done maintenance of all the imported ice cream machinery. Umang Patel (BE Mechanical) new to this ice cream industry having 4 years of experience in manufacturing special machinery spares and also have a marketing experience of 4 years in Isuzu company.
