Quick service restaurant chain Wow! Momo Foods has raised ₹75 crore in fresh funding, led by veteran investor Madhusudan Kela, founder of Singularity AMC, according to filings with the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
The investment forms part of the company’s ongoing bridge funding round. Earlier this year, Wow! Momo had raised ₹150 crore from investors, including Khazanah Nasional Berhad, 360 One, and Kamal Agarwal of the Haldiram family. This marks the company’s third funding round in 2025.
The latest capital infusion will support Wow! Momo’s expansion and innovation plans, as well as strengthen its path to profitability, said co-founder Sagar Daryani.
Founded in 2008 by Daryani and Binod Homagai, Wow! Momo operates around 800 outlets across more than 80 cities. The company has also expanded into packaged foods such as ready-to-cook noodles and dim sums, and is targeting a network of 1,500 stores over the next two years.
Wow! Momo closed FY25 with revenues of ₹640 crore, recording a 30% year-on-year growth. The company has appointed Avendus as banker for a larger fundraising round planned for next year, as investor interest continues to rise in India’s fast-growing QSR and packaged food segments.
