MIRTILLO INTERNATIONAL and S. Kushalchand International has merged together to form one unit from 1st March, 2020.
Vikas Patil, Managing Director announced the merger of his firm MIRTILLO INTERNATIONAL with M/s. S. Kushalchand International Pvt. Ltd. to form new company “Food & Health Business Unit’. Both the firms will now operate as a single company.
Mirtillo is a food ingredients distribution company in sales & marketing of food ingredients. It represents international producers across Europe, USA & Asia Pacific in food & nutrition covering key market segments like bakery, beverages, dairy, confectionery, edible oils and fats, fruits & vegetables, health & nutrition, Ready-To-Eat foods, food ingredient and flavour processors.
S. Kushalchand is also a distribution company that started distribution business in 1922, and will shortly be completing 100 years in 2022 has long been associated with the Fragrance & Flavours industry sourcing ingredients from the like Solvay, Firmenich, Symrise, Frutarom, Citrosuco, Calabrian Citrus Center and DOW Cellulose … to name a few.
Vikas Patil, taken as Managing Partner & CEO of “Food & Health Business Unit” brings in a team of five techno-commercial employees along with 60 plus customers and US$1M to the existing business of US$ 41 Million and 650 plus customers with 21 esteemed suppliers across 15+ countries, two dedicated food applications Labs of S. Kushalchand International.
No other changes have taken place other than merging and rest of things remain the same to all of their customers, suppliers and business contacts.
