Parag Milk Foods has appointed Subhodeep Roy as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO), the company announced in a press release on Thursday.
Roy brings with him over 18 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, having held leadership positions at some of India’s most prominent companies, including Britannia, Cadbury, Godrej Consumer Products, Tata Consumer Products, and, most recently, Dabur India.
In his new role, Roy will spearhead revenue strategy, business growth, and category expansion at Parag Milk Foods. His responsibilities will also include strengthening channel development and driving execution excellence across the company’s product portfolio.
Welcoming Roy to the leadership team, Akshali Shah, Executive Director at Parag Milk Foods, said, “His entrepreneurial mindset and deep understanding of trade and business dynamics will be key as we scale and expand our market presence.”
Roy’s appointment comes at a time when Parag Milk Foods is focusing on accelerating growth and expanding its footprint across India’s dairy and value-added product categories.
