Sid’s Farm was one of the first dairy companies to foray into natural, unaltered cow and buffalo butter, offered in salted and unsalted varieties, revolutionising the notion of “natural.”
The business is dedicated to offering unadulterated butter from farm to plate, keeping it as near to nature as possible. Cow and buffalo butter, both salted and unsalted, are offered in 250 gram packets and are processed at their factory in Shabad, Telangana. These are quite inexpensive, costing only Rs. 250.
“The trends are developing; buyers now want to focus more on nutritional content while wanting unmodified items that stay closer to nature,” said Kishore Indukuri, founder of Sid’s Farm. “Sid’s Farm’s cow and buffalo butter provides originality to its appeal by offering salted and unsalted versions of the product. We hope to introduce India to a brand that can be trusted at the dinner table, in baking, and in culinary staples in this way”.
Its specifically produced cow butter has a nutritional value of 740 kcal of calories and 0.6 g of protein, equivalent to that of its buffalo butter, while remaining natural and maintaining its basic nutritional values. Both butter varieties are high in vitamins A, D, and E due to their natural processing. Furthermore, buffalo butter is noted for its richness and thickness in flavour and is utilised to make sweet and savoury delights as well as baked goods. The rich flavour of cow’s butter makes it ideal for cooking and spreading on toast.
According to the IMARC analysis, the table butter market in India is predicted to increase at a 19 percent CAGR from 2021 to 2026, with considerable growth from 2015 to 2020. The market for butter was dominated by Asia-Pacific. One of the most appealing marketplaces in the area is India, which is followed by China.
