Zee Zest’s new food show – ‘Taste Ki Gully’ is all set to feature some of the country’s most popular lip-smacking street food, with a twist.
As this flavourful rollercoaster sports its own flair, ‘Taste Ki Gully’ gives a new viewpoint on street cuisine that is drizzled with and dipped into the world of flavours. Every item, from tandoori momos to pani puris to fire paan, claims to be ‘zara sa hatke’ from the realm of ‘jhatpat, jhakaas, and atrangi’ street cuisine and has been elevated with enticing graphics and delectable flavour.

Chef Smit Sagar will host this one-stop thela-shop, which will include great developments in the street food industry from throughout India. With its authentic flavour, rustic but quirky, light-hearted tone, and an original, fresh twist on dishes from various places across India, each episode of this series seeks to provide an enjoyable and mouth-watering experience.

Chef Smit Sagar, the show’s host, takes viewers on a ‘masaledaar’ and ‘swad bhari khoj’ of unique, original, and popular scrumptious dishes for unusual sweets, munchies, chaats, refreshing beverages, and more. This culinary adventure also invites viewers to join in the cooking and try their hand at these delectable recipes from the comfort of their own homes.
Sagar will bring his bright and joyful attitude to the programme, keeping the dialogue interesting, engaging, and street style. He is a food aficionado and aspiring culinary artist.
