TATA Starbucks announced the opening of its first store located within a metro station in India. This new store is situated at the Western Express Highway metro station in Mumbai, marking a significant milestone for the coffeehouse chain.
Designed to cater to the needs of commuters, the store features a special quick grab-and-go counter for those in a rush, along with dine-in options. The metro store will operate daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

We are delighted to introduce our first metro station store in India, which will meet our consumers at a place convenient to them through a diversified store format. The store aims to enhance the daily commute for busy travellers and provide a warm and welcoming environment where they can enjoy the signature Starbucks experience in a quick service format,” said Sushant Dash, CEO of TATA Starbucks.
The menu offers a variety of food and beverage combinations, including Picco Cappuccino, Tall Cold Brew with Classic Cinnamon Swirl, and Tall Cold Coffee with Butter Croissant, with prices starting from Rs 285. In addition, the store features Indian-inspired beverages such as Filter Coffee, Masala Chai, Elaichi Chai, and an assortment of milkshakes. Bite-sized snacks and shareable food options that reflect local and cultural tastes are also available.
Customers can also take advantage of the Starbucks Reward and Stars for Everyone loyalty programs at this new location.
