The promoters of Hatsun Agro Product Ltd, India’s largest private sector dairy company, have returned debts obtained in exchange for pledging a portion of their shares and have withdrawn their whole commitment.
As a result, the promoter and promoter group’s whole shareholding is now free of any encumbrances.
