Quick service restaurant (QSR) chain Wow! Momo Foods has announced plans to significantly expand its footprint by adding 150–200 outlets in FY27, as it targets revenue of ₹1,200 crore.
The company is sharpening its focus on Tier II and Tier III markets, identifying them as key growth drivers amid rising demand for affordable, branded food experiences beyond metro cities.
The expansion follows a record-breaking FY26 for the company, during which it opened 200 new stores—the highest annual addition in its history. With this, Wow! Momo’s total network has crossed 850 outlets spread across more than 90 cities in India.
Commenting on the milestone, co-founder and CEO Sagar Daryani said the aggressive expansion reflects strong execution across operations and supply chain capabilities, alongside improvements in product consistency, service speed, and overall customer experience.
Looking ahead, the company aims to deepen its presence in emerging markets while continuing to invest in technology to support scale and operational efficiency.
Wow! Momo operates a multi-brand portfolio that includes Wow! Momo, Wow! China, Wow! Chicken, and Wow! Kulfi. Its growth strategy spans multiple formats, including dine-in outlets, cloud kitchens, and partnerships with modern retail channels.
The planned expansion comes at a time when India’s QSR sector is witnessing rapid evolution, driven by changing consumer preferences, digital adoption, and increasing demand for convenient dining options across smaller cities.
