Cargill is extending its RadiPure pea protein into the Middle East, Turkey, Africa (META), and India as more people add plant-based meals to their diets, which it claims would enable food and beverage makers in the area adapt to changing market trends.

Pea protein is a fantastic choice for a wide range of applications, including dairy and dairy alternatives, snacks, bakery, plant-based meat replacements, vegan, and vegetarian solutions, thanks to these advantages and its emulsifying, viscosifying, and gelation capabilities.
Pea protein is well rated nutritionally due to its amino acid composition and good digestion. The RadiPure brand from Cargill has a minimum of 80 percent protein. It can be used in conjunction with other plant-based proteins to provide a comprehensive protein profile. Cargill states that in the previous five years, the number of products with high protein and plant-based claims has climbed by 31%.
Cargill has a new application centre and an ingredient blending manufacturing site in Orhangazi, Turkey, which will serve as a regional focus for dairy innovation.
