Cakeology 2025, the Cake & Bake Expo, made its debut in Guwahati from January 31 to February 2, 2025, at the Maniram Dewan Trade Centre. This premier baking event provided a unique platform for cake artists, home bakers, industry professionals, and food entrepreneurs to connect, learn, and showcase their talents through exhibitions, workshops, and live demonstrations.
Originating in Mumbai eight years ago, Cakeology had established itself as India’s leading baking expo, hosting multiple successful editions. For the first time, it expanded to Guwahati, bringing together a diverse audience that included baking professionals, industry buyers, pastry chefs, café owners, caterers, hotel management institutes, and more.
The event featured an engaging lineup of activities, including stalls where top brands showcased baking ingredients, tools, and equipment. Attendees also participated in free hands-on workshops led by expert bakers and chefs and witnessed live theatre demonstrations.
