Nestlé Professional Expands Retail ONE Kiosk Network to 1,000 across India

Nestlé Professional, the out-of-home business arm of Nestlé India, has announced that its Retail ONE kiosk network has surpassed 1,000 units nationwide, strengthening its footprint across educational institutions, hospitals, and transit hubs.

The Retail ONE ecosystem includes Nescafé Corners, Maggi Hotspots, and KitKat Break Zones, offering consumers convenient access to Nestlé’s signature food and beverage brands in high-footfall locations. The company said the expansion is part of its commitment to “building new consumption pillars” in India’s evolving out-of-home food and beverage landscape.

The rollout is backed by a robust operations team comprising 308 kiosk operators and 1,586 food handlers, including 255 women and six specially-abled individuals, underscoring Nestlé’s push toward inclusive employment.

“Crossing the 1,000 Retail ONE kiosk mark is a testament to our relentless focus on building new consumption pillars for the future and unlocking out-of-home consumption occasions through a unified brand experience,” said Saurabh Makhija, Head – Nestlé Professional.

Launched to meet the growing demand for quality food and beverage options in on-the-go formats, the Retail ONE network is part of Nestlé’s broader strategy to cater to India’s dynamic urban lifestyle. By positioning kiosks at universities, hospitals, railway stations, and airports, the company is tapping into emerging consumption patterns while offering familiar and trusted products.

The milestone highlights the company’s growing influence in the out-of-home dining sector, as well as its investment in sustainable employment and brand experience initiatives.
