UNIBIC Foods has appointed Ajay Bathija as its new Chief Executive Officer, signaling a strategic push toward innovation, growth, and international expansion in the competitive biscuits and snacks segment.
Bathija, who brings over two decades of experience in the FMCG and beverages industry, spent more than 18 years with The Coca-Cola Company in leadership roles across India and Southwest Asia. He most recently served as Managing Director at Coca-Cola Bangladesh.
In his new role, Bathija will oversee UNIBIC’s overall strategic direction, including domestic growth, global market expansion, and operational excellence.
