Nestlé India Ltd on Friday announced the appointment of Edouard Mac Nab as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2026, according to a filing with the stock exchanges.
Mac Nab, currently Head of Finance and Control at Nestlé Canada, will succeed Svetlana Boldina, whose term as CFO is scheduled to conclude on January 31. The company had earlier disclosed in December that Boldina would be stepping down from the role.
A Nestlé veteran, Mac Nab joined the group in February 2022 as Chief Financial Officer of Nestlé France before moving to his current Canada-based role in September 2024. He brings over two decades of global finance experience, having held senior leadership positions at multinational companies including Reckitt, Mead Johnson Nutrition and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Nestlé India, best known for its Maggi noodles and KitKat chocolates, said the appointment marks an important leadership transition as the company continues to strengthen its financial governance and growth strategy in the Indian market.
The FMCG major is scheduled to announce its quarterly earnings for the October–December period on January 30.
