~ Available free with Kellogg’s Chocos range, the anime-inspired Food Ninja card game makes learning about the nutritive value of foods playful and engaging for families ~
Kellogg’s Multigrain Chocos has launched the Food Ninja card game, an anime-inspired card game designed to make learning about food and nutrition more exciting for kids and more meaningful for moms. Available free with Kellogg’s Multigrain Chocos range, the initiative blends play, strategy, and anime-inspired gameplay to create an engaging family experience.
Recognising children’s growing interest in anime-inspired entertainment and collectible gameplay, Kellogg’s Multigrain Chocos developed the Food Ninja card game as a strategy-led card battle experience designed to drive engagement beyond breakfast time. The initiative promotes/encourages repeated play, collectability, and parent-child interaction, while helping children develop a more memorable understanding of the nutritional value of different foods.
Commenting on the initiative, Vinay Subramanyam, Senior Director, Marketing, Kellanova India, said, “Nutrition is often a key priority for moms, while for children, fun and play often come first. With the Food Ninja card game, we wanted to bridge these two worlds by creating an experience that children would enjoy, while also giving moms the confidence that their child is engaging with something educational. The idea was to make learning about the nutritional value of different foods more interactive, fun, and relevant through a format inspired by the gaming and anime culture children already love.”
As interactive and game-led experiences continue to shape youth engagement globally, anime-inspired entertainment and collectible gameplay formats are seeing growing popularity among younger audiences. Recognising this shift, Kellogg’s Multigrain Chocos developed the Food Ninja card game as a culturally relevant initiative designed to make learning about the nutritional value of foods more engaging for both children and parents.
The Food Ninja card game will be available free with the Kellogg’s Multigrain Chocos range across India for a limited period during June and July 2026.
