A clean nation might be the finest mission India could achieve via its citizens’ devotion to cleanliness, as well as through domestic industry’s substantial investment and innovation. That was obvious at the three-day Asia’s largest integrated cleaning technology expositions in Greater Noida last week, which brought together products, systems, solutions, and services to fulfil all of India’s cleaning, waste management, and linen care needs for the entire industrial as well as residential segments.
The 18th edition of the Clean India Show, Waste Technology India Exposition, and Auto Care Expo took place from July 13-15 in Greater Noida. It included buyer-seller meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, recognition and networking, and the convergence of Municipal Commissioners, Mayors, CXOs, housekeeping heads, various managers across the segments.
The exhibition aims to promote cleaning and hygiene products and solutions for a wide range of industries and customer segments.
Thousands of visitors explored and experimented with an unrivalled range of cleaning solutions, from future robotic machines to enzyme-based eco-friendly cleaning chemicals, crucial cleaning equipment components to business-assist manufacturing equipment.
Surface maintenance, measurable air quality systems, and intelligent machines for maintenance were some of the highlights. Other products included a disinfectant for healthcare, food processing, and mineral water industries, new cleaning tools, and a durable and low-maintenance hand dryer.
In Waste Management, we see the Robotic System, which uses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to automatically detect, classify, and sort recyclable materials from mixed waste, and the Waste Station, which reduces the need for on-site storage while processing up to 700 kg of waste into compost per hour.
In the laundry section, a 100 percent indigenous, Generation 4 Wi-Fi-enabled industrial washer extractor, dryer, washer and dryer combo, and garment dry clean presses were introduced. An app-based, one-stop solution for all laundry needs was also on exhibit, which will assist laundry owners in providing one-hour laundry service. FLYght ILTs in Pest Management are small, durable, and save up to 80% of the power expenses of fluorescent tube ILTs.
The All-In-One rodent proofing strip is a soft and versatile thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) that is pliable like rubber yet hard enough to dissuade vermin. Under ideal conditions, the product will survive for 10 years after installation. Not far following came hygiene solutions, such as a completely automated hand hygiene system and an automatic toilet seat cover dispenser.
Signature scents for the hotel business, as well as dispensers for the same, round out the portfolio. The three-day conference outlined micro-level triumphs that might be reproduced, reviewed policies and their implementation in many businesses and domains, and examined sustainable solutions in developing New India.
J. P. Nair, the managing director of the expo’s organiser, VIS Group, commented on the event’s success, saying, “The reunification of the cleaning, waste management, laundry, and auto care industries in India after a gap of more than two years was incredibly thrilling. Apart from business, there were numerous conversations, catching up on industry trends, exchanging of technology and information, and joint endeavours. In 2023, Mumbai will host our next performance.”
