Direct-from-origin food brand KisaanSay has announced aggressive expansion plans to scale its farmer network to 2,00,000 by FY27, up from its current base of 50,000 farmers. As part of this growth strategy, the company will expand its sourcing footprint from 10 to 15 states, adding new partnerships in Mizoram, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, and West Bengal.
The company currently collaborates with 25 Farmer Enterprises and Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs). Under its unique Co-Brand/Co-Profit model, KisaanSay ensures that more than 50 per cent of consumer spending on each pack goes directly back to the farmers. The brand offers a portfolio of over 100 single-origin products across 12 categories, all of which are sourced, minimally processed, and packaged directly at their respective origins.
This expansion follows a period of explosive financial growth. KisaanSay’s revenue increased fourfold to ₹20 crore in FY26, up from ₹5 crore in the previous fiscal year. The growth is supported by a ₹34 crore Series A funding round secured in April 2026, which was led by NABVENTURES through the AgriSURE Fund. The capital is currently being deployed to strengthen the company’s distribution, technology, supply chain, and overall brand expansion.
Currently, KisaanSay’s sales mix is heavily driven by its Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel, which accounts for 60 per cent of its revenue. Online marketplaces contribute 30 per cent, while offline retail makes up the remaining 10 per cent. The brand’s products are available on its proprietary platform, quick-commerce and e-commerce giants including Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, and BigBasket, as well as select offline retail stores across the Delhi-NCR region.
