PepsiCo India Names Saakshi Verma Menon as CMO for Foods Division

PepsiCo India has appointed Saakshi Verma Menon as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for its Foods business. In her new role, Menon will lead marketing strategy, innovation, and consumer engagement across the company’s flagship food brands, including Lay’s, Kurkure, Uncle Chipps, Quaker, Cheetos, and Doritos.

Menon’s appointment is part of PepsiCo India’s ongoing focus on strengthening its brand portfolio and accelerating growth in the packaged foods segment. With over two decades of experience in consumer marketing, she is expected to drive the next phase of brand innovation and consumer connection for the company’s diverse snacking and food offerings.

Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Menon expressed enthusiasm about her new role: “I am thrilled to share that I will now be stepping into a new role within the PepsiCo family and leading the marketing mandate for India Foods as the Chief Marketing Officer.
