Affordable food delivery platform TOING has launched its services in Mumbai, taking its presence to 18 cities across India as the company looks to strengthen its position in the price-sensitive segment of the online food delivery market.
The company said the platform focuses on offering the lowest item prices on food and beverages, claiming to match or even beat restaurant table menu rates. Unlike many delivery platforms, TOING does not charge packaging or platform fees, positioning itself as a low-cost alternative for consumers, particularly college students and young professionals.
With the Mumbai rollout, the app is now operational in cities including Pune, Agra, Vadodara, Guwahati, Nashik, Nagpur, Patna, Aurangabad, Bhopal, Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Chandigarh and Ahmedabad. The service was first introduced in Pune in the second half of 2025.
According to the company, users can order a wide range of dishes priced under ₹99, including biryanis, burgers, bowls and other quick-service items. Several restaurant brands are already listed on the platform in Mumbai, including Burger King, Wendy’s, Theobroma and Faaso’s, along with multiple local outlets.
Sidharth Bhakoo, Chief Business Officer at TOING, said the company is aiming to create a new category of food delivery customers by focusing on affordability. He noted that the platform is targeting Gen Z users, college students and value-conscious consumers, adding that recent launches in educational hubs such as Guwahati, Nashik, Nagpur and Delhi-NCR have helped the app gain traction.
The company said it has crossed two million downloads across India and currently holds a rating of 4.5 on app stores, indicating early adoption as it seeks to carve out space in the highly competitive food delivery market dominated by large players.
