Magnum Launches Dubai Chocolate-Inspired Ice Cream Bars Featuring Pistachio and Kadayif

Magnum has expanded its premium frozen dessert portfolio with the launch of its new Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream Bars, drawing inspiration from the viral Dubai chocolate trend that has gained popularity worldwide for its rich combination of pistachio and crispy pastry textures.

The new frozen treat features a pistachio-flavoured ice cream centre blended with crunchy kadayif pastry pieces, delivering a creamy, nutty taste profile. The bar is coated in milk chocolate and finished with additional kadayif pastry on the exterior, creating a layered texture designed to replicate the indulgent experience of the original Dubai-style chocolate confection.

The launch reflects a growing trend among food and beverage brands to transform popular social media-driven flavours into mainstream retail products. By adapting the Dubai chocolate concept into an ice cream format, Magnum aims to offer consumers a globally inspired dessert experience while maintaining the signature texture and flavour characteristics that have made the trend a viral sensation.

As part of its retail rollout, Magnum will offer the Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream Bars in a three-count pack through major grocery chains, including Giant, Albertsons, Hannaford and HyVee. A larger 12-count pack will also be available exclusively through Sam’s Club.

Industry observers note that the launch highlights the increasing demand for premium frozen desserts featuring international flavour influences and multi-textural eating experiences. Ingredients such as pistachio and kadayif are gaining traction among consumers seeking more adventurous and upscale dessert options, while brands continue to leverage viral food trends to drive innovation and category growth.

The introduction of the Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream Bars further strengthens Magnum’s position in the premium frozen novelty segment, where indulgence, texture and globally inspired flavours are becoming key drivers of consumer interest.
