Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Commits INR 350 Crore Investment in Madhya Pradesh

Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), the bottling arm of Coca-Cola in India, plans to invest INR 350 crore in Madhya Pradesh. This investment, announced during the Regional Industry Conclave in Ujjain, will see the establishment of two cutting-edge manufacturing lines at its Rajgarh plant.

This latest commitment brings HCCB’s total investment in Madhya Pradesh to over INR 660 crore, marking a substantial contribution to the state’s industrial landscape. According to a statement released by the company, the new manufacturing lines will focus on producing Affordable Small Sparkling Packs (ASSP) and Juice Tetra Packs, catering to evolving consumer preferences.

The expansion not only signifies a boost to HCCB’s manufacturing capabilities but also underscores its dedication to fostering economic growth in the region. Recognizing the potential of this initiative, the Madhya Pradesh government has pledged its full support to expedite the necessary approvals and clearances required for the project.

Since its inception in 2000, HCCB has already invested more than INR 311 crore in its Rajgarh plant, demonstrating its long-standing commitment to the state’s development. With a network of 13 factories spanning across India, the company offers a diverse portfolio of 37 products across 8 categories, including popular beverages such as Coca-Cola, Thums Up, Minute Maid, Kinley, and Limca.
