The company holds FSSC22000 and HACCP certifications, ensuring the highest standards of food safety. KBB Nuts maintains control from sourcing to packing, ensuring the naturality of its products. The company has in-house processing capabilities, including almond de-shelling and a cashew processing plant in Amritsar. 

It also has a large cold storage facility with a capacity of 15,000 metric tons for optimal product preservation. KBB Nuts offers a wide range of ingredient products tailored to meet the diverse needs of the food processing sector. The company has earned the trust of prestigious institutions like the Army, Police canteens, Indian Railways, and airports.

What industries constitute your primary customer base for nut purchases?

We have multiple business divisions. We distribute pan india in more than 500 cities to the direct consumer through our brand Tulsi. In addition to this our strength also lies in our institution business division in which we cater to industries such as ice cream, biscuits, namkeen, Ayurveda and many others. 

How do you ensure the quality of your nuts, and do you hold any certifications related to quality standards or sustainability?

Our strength is our supply chain; we have entire control on the product logistics from the origin to our factory where we ensure to store the nuts in our in house cold storage facility. 

We have strict parameters for internal audit and our customers regularly audit us.  In addition to this we have 3rd party certifications – FSSC 22000 5.1 & Halal Certification 

Can you provide details on the packaging options for your nuts, including sizes, materials, and customization possibilities?

We give our customers lots of customisation options our pack sizes range from 50 g up to 25 kg‘s in which we provide packaging options such as vacuum packed, Nitrogen flushed and so on and so forth.

Are there minimum order quantities for your products, and what is the typical lead time for order fulfillment?

We work really well with our customers to meet the schedule requirements. Leadtime usually depends on the quantity and the type of customisation required on the product. Our minimum order quantity is 200kgs, however, we do smaller dispatched in the initial trial period. 

How do you handle the logistics of product delivery, and what shipping options are available?

We have a very robust Supply Chain system in our company. It’s about what the customer wants; there are multiple dispatch options such as part loads, full truckloads, refer supplies etc. We always like to stay in touch with our customers when it comes to product delivery so that we can satisfy the dynamic requirements of the FMCG industry.
