New tie-up to place ZOFF products across 400 Reliance stores as demand for convenient meal solutions surges
ZOFF Foods, a fast-growing brand in the spices and seasoning space, has announced a strategic partnership with Reliance Retail as it enters the rapidly expanding ready-to-cook (RTC) food segment in India.
As part of the collaboration, ZOFF’s newly launched range of ready-to-cook products will be available across Reliance Retail outlets and online platforms, with plans to reach over 400 stores by next month. The brand will also extend its presence on other leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
“This partnership helps us address the evolving needs of today’s home cooks who seek both convenience and authenticity,” said Akash Agrawalla, Co-founder of ZOFF Foods. “Our RTC range is designed to offer delicious, easy-to-prepare meal solutions that fit modern lifestyles.”
The move comes at a time when the Indian RTC market is witnessing a significant boom. According to a report by IMARC Group, the market touched $6.65 billion in 2024 and is projected to grow to $11.88 billion by 2033, expanding at a CAGR of 6.14% between 2025 and 2033. The rise is driven by shifting consumer preferences towards quick, healthy, and regionally diverse meal options amid increasingly hectic urban schedules.
ZOFF’s entry into the RTC category aligns with a broader trend where both legacy food giants and emerging direct-to-consumer brands are tapping into the surging demand for convenience-led cooking. The RTC space today spans meal kits, instant mixes, pastes, sauces, frozen preparations, and more.
Other key players in this competitive landscape include MTR Foods, ITC’s Kitchens of India, Gits, Haldiram’s, Kohinoor, Nestlé, and LT Foods. ZOFF’s strength in spices and seasoning could give it an edge in crafting authentic, flavour-rich offerings in a market that thrives on taste, speed, and simplicity.
As the brand scales up its retail presence with Reliance and online marketplaces, ZOFF aims to become a prominent name in the ready-to-cook segment, catering to both traditional and adventurous Indian palates seeking fast yet flavorful home-cooked meals.
