Uttar Pradesh, Japan Explore Food Processing and Technology Investment Opportunities

Uttar Pradesh and Japan explored opportunities for collaboration in food processing, technology and global market access at a business networking event held in Lucknow on Friday.

Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya invited Japanese companies to invest in the state, highlighting Uttar Pradesh’s potential to emerge as a global hub for the food processing industry.

Maurya said the state aims to expand the reach of its food products to international markets and strengthen its position in the global food processing sector.

The discussions focused on leveraging Japanese expertise and investment in food processing and technology while creating opportunities for Uttar Pradesh-based businesses to access global markets.
