Delimex Creates Home Entertaining with Innovative Taquito Serving Platter

In a breakthrough move for at-home entertaining, Delimex has introduced a game-changing solution to common fan frustrations with its first-of-its-kind Taquito serving platter. While chip-and-dip sets and taco racks have become household staples, serving taquitos and dipping sauces has remained a challenge due to the taquitos’ tendency to roll off traditional platters and the mess associated with multiple dipping sauces.

Delimex’s innovative taquito serving platter features a custom mold that allows hosts to elegantly serve two dozen taquitos and six dips on a single tray, eliminating the risk of taquitos rolling off and streamlining the clean-up process. The platter is adorned with unique artwork created by Mexican artist and muralist Alejandra Ballesteros, adding a touch of authenticity and vibrancy to the dining experience.

Available on Amazon just in time for the holiday entertaining season, the Delimex Taquito Platter aims to simplify the sharing of authentic Mexican street-style food. Lauren Nowak, Brand Manager at Delimex, expressed excitement about the innovation, stating, “We’re thrilled that the new Delimex Taquito Platter makes it easier than ever to share the authentic tastes and flavors of Mexican street-style food at your gatherings this holiday season.”

Alejandra Ballesteros drew inspiration from the vibrant colors and motifs of Mexican street-style in designing the platter. Adorned with cempasuchil flowers, chickens, and roosters, the platter reflects Mexico’s rich cultural heritage. The intricate hand-painted ceramic designs on the box, inspired by Mexican Talavera, further enhance the cultural aesthetics of the product.

Ballesteros shared her thoughts on the design, saying, “I felt it was important to capture Mexican culture in my design for the Delimex Taquito Platter – it’s all about the colors, the memories of family meals, and the strong sense of community around a dish.” This unique collaboration between Delimex and Alejandra Ballesteros aims to bring the essence of Mexican street-style and art into homes, creating new traditions and lasting memories for consumers.
